I'm running a one off Slow and Low yoga class at 8pm on Wednesday 5th February in Dilton Marsh.
This is a chance to lean in to the dark (but getting lighter) evenings and spend an hour winding down.

The first half of this 60 minute class will be floor based poses; this is about stretching things out rather than building strength. Think fewer poses, held for longer, making use of props to support us but going as deep as we can.
Then we'll round it off with a 30 minute Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep and it's guided meditation where you'll lie on the floor and listen as I guide you through a series of mental images to help us surf between wakefulness and sleep. It is said that a short Yoga Nidra session can feel like a few hours rest.
