I’m excited to share the dates for my extended yoga classes in 2026. These longer sessions give us the chance to slow down, move with ease, and explore themes in more depth than a weekly class allows.
They’re supportive, and suitable for all levels - whether your just starting out on your yoga journey or you have been practicing for awhile and want to go deeper.
Below you’ll find the dates and themes confirmed so far, with a couple still to be announced.
2026 Schedule
Saturday 17th January — The Foundations of Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A grounding start to the year with slow, steady sequencing and plenty of time to explore alignment, modifications, subtle progression points and more.
Saturday 21st March — Breath and Bandhas
What even is a bandha and what do I need to do with it?
We'll explore the 3 main bandhas (energy locks), how to engage them and how to utilise them in our asana practice. We'll include pranayama exercises and see how to use breath retention to engage the locks.
Saturday 20th June — Summer Solstice
A spacious and uplifting mid-year session to celebrate light, warmth, and gentle expansion.
Saturday 19th September — Theme to be announced
Details coming soon.
Saturday 21st November — Theme to be announced
Details coming soon.
Booking the January Workshop

This session is a lovely way to start a new year of yoga, whether it's your first year or the latest of many. A way to connect with the foundations of our practice and maybe learn something new.

All extended classes finish with a Yoga Nidra - a powerful, guided meditation and conscious relaxation practice, also known as yogic sleep, that induces a deep state of restful awareness between waking and sleeping
