I am pleased to share that I'm going to be running a series of 4 weekly Slow and Low classes in March

You can join me 8-9pm each Wednesday during March for a floor based yoga class; think 30 minutes of poses which we'll keep low to the ground followed by Yoga Nidra or 'yogic sleep' a guided meditation where we'll work on the layers of subconscious through a series of visualisations
Bring along any props like you to use to make yourself comfortable - think blankets, jumpers and warm socks
Each class will have a different theme or focus on a particular area of the body. We're starting with the neck, shoulders and upper back on the 5th
This class is suitable for everyone so if you're new to yoga, coming back from injury, illness or a break, or just fancy something a little slower, a little more focused on increasing passive flexibility and winding down why not join me (and maybe bring a friend)?
