November's Extended Class: Yoga for a Healthy Spine

Join me for my last weekend extended class of the year on Saturday 16th November 11am - 1pm.

We're going to be moving our spines through a full range of movement; we'll be flexing, extending, rotating and bending, basically moving as many ways as we can to encourage feelings of strength and length through the spine.
