New On-Demand Membership: August 2021

My updated On-Demand Membership is now live and there are three options to choose from. You can sign up for a rolling membership for £15 a month or if you regularly join my Zoom classes you might choose to sign up for unlimited classes and replays for £40 a month. There is no tie in period for either membership and you can cancel at any time. Or, perhaps you're going away and want to take me with you....then you might opt for access for a week.

The class replays that have been available to rent since last summer have always been popular but I know that it's not always easy to fit a full 60 or 75 minute practice into your day. Or, shock, horror, you don’t always want to do a full practice and just fancy something shorter. And when I asked, you told me that you’d rather do a replay than a ‘straight to camera’ class as the personal cues and comments make you feel part of the class. So last month I started running a series of free classes of different lengths and with different themes specifically so I could record and upload them.

As well as the replays of regular group classes there are now also classes ranging from 20 minutes to 40 minutes.

Perhaps you’d like to start your day with 20 minutes of Sun Salutations or a shorter Morning Flow, or maybe you’re looking for something more laidback to finish your day. There is now a greater range of options and I will continue to add new classes each month. https://www.yogawithsarahhunt.com/on-demand-classes

If you’d like to sign up for one of the free classes I mentioned, keep your eye on my website under BOOK/FREE ONLINE CLASSES to see what’s coming up. Places are limited so do book ahead if you see something you’d like to join. There a series of Chakra flows coming up as well as classes focused on the hips, backbends and balance and stability.
