Balance and Connection: Yoga and Mindfulness Day Retreat 24 June

I am delighted to share the details of the upcoming day retreat I am hosting with Pamela Duckerin, a local mindfulness-based teacher, trainer and supervisor with the Mindfulness Network and the Centre for Mindfulness Research & Practice.

This is a chance to step away from the distractions and demands of day-to-day life and enjoy a day of yoga and mindfulness. The day will support connection with and balance between mind, body, breath and nature in the tranquil surroundings of Mells Tithe Barn.

The day includes two yoga and three mindfulness practices plus an optional short guided walk. A light packed lunch from The Walled Garden at Mells is included.
