Side Bends and Twists

Class Description

Join me for a two hour extended practice focusing on poses where we'll bend to the side and twist. Expect standing poses, seated poses, poses where we'll stand on one leg and maybe we'll try taking both feet off the floor at the same time. Twists and sides bends are great for lengthening the spine and getting the muscles of the back (and abdominals) moving and working. We'll spend some time warming up before exploring a range of poses with options to keep it soft or explore poses more deeply. There will be time for breathwork and an extended guided meditation to finish. Suitable for all levels of experience as options will be given but please get in touch in advance if you have any particular health or physical conditions that affect your movement. Cancellations with more than 7 days notice will be refunded in full. Cancellations with more than 48 notice but less than 7 days will receive a 50% refund and cancellations within 48 hours do not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Face to face classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the class start time. Any cancellation after this time will be treated as a late cancellation and no refunds or credits will be offered. Online classes can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the class start time. Please message me directly if you need to cancel within 3 hours and 30 minutes of the start time so I can adjust your account. For workshops and events please check when booking for the specific policy for your event.
