Yoga for a Healthy Spine

Class Description
Join me for a two hour extended practice which is all about the spine. We'll flex, extend, rotate and bend our spines to encourage feelings of strengthening and lengthening through a variety of standing and seated yoga poses. We'll end with a 30 minute extended guided relaxation. Suitable for all levels of experience as options will be given but please get in touch in advance if you have any particular health or physical conditions that affect your movement. Cancellations with more than 7 days notice will be refunded in full. Cancellations with more than 48 notice but less than 7 days will receive a 50% refund and cancellations within 48 hours do not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Policy
Face to face classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the class start time. Any cancellation after this time will be treated as a late cancellation and no refunds or credits will be offered. Online classes can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the class start time. Please message me directly if you need to cancel within 3 hours and 30 minutes of the start time so I can adjust your account. For workshops and events please check when booking for the specific policy for your event.
