Providing yoga classes at work is a great way to promote well being in the workplace and support employees’ physical and mental health.

A regular yoga practice helps to improve mobility, flexibility and strength and has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety leading to lower levels of staff absence and improved staff retention.

 

Classes are designed to cater for all levels from those new to yoga to regular practitioners and combine poses to build strength and develop flexibility with breath work and meditation to encourage stillness in the mind.

 

Sessions can be tailored to suit specific circumstances; for example a focus on postures to reduce the physical stresses associated with working from home or a focus on breath work and meditation techniques to help quieten the mind at busy times when employees may be under heightened levels of stress.

I offer both one off and regular sessions. Currently all classes are offered Live online via Zoom and can be scheduled at a time to suit you.​

All participants need is a yoga mat.
