Class Description

Designed for men who are active; whether that's lifting weights, running, cycling, cross-training or something else. It is easy to prioritise strength, CV endurance or sports performance and overlook stretching, flexibility and mobility work. Yoga can help increase your active range of motion, improve your postural alignment and reduce the likelihood injury - what's not to like!

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Face to face classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the class start time. Any cancellation after this time will be treated as a late cancellation and no refunds or credits will be offered. Online classes can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the class start time. Please message me directly if you need to cancel within 3 hours and 30 minutes of the start time so I can adjust your account.
