Class Description
For the month of March join me on Wednesday evenings 8-9pm for a yoga class where we're going to keep it slow and low to the ground. Each week we'll focus on a different area of the body or a different theme. The first half of the class is a series of floor based postures focused on easy out tightness and encouraging flexibility. The second half is Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique that involves lying down and relaxing while being led through mental imagery. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep. You may want to bring a blanket and/or warm socks for the Yoga Nidra.

Cancellation Policy
Face to face classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the class start time. Any cancellation after this time will be treated as a late cancellation and no refunds or credits will be offered. Online classes can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the class start time. Please message me directly if you need to cancel within 3 hours and 30 minutes of the start time so I can adjust your account. For workshops and events please check when booking for the specific policy for your event.
