Class Description

In this extended two hour class it's all about the lower body. We'll strengthen and stretch and of course we'll challenge our balance before we end with an extended guided meditation. The workshop will suitable for all levels and options will be given. Please bring props such as blankets, bolsters (or cushions) and eye masks for the relaxation. Cancellations with more than 7 days notice will be refunded in full. Cancellations with more than 48 notice but less than 7 days will receive a 50% refund and cancellations within 48 hours do not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Face to face classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the class start time. Any cancellation after this time will be treated as a late cancellation and no refunds or credits will be offered. Online classes can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the class start time. Please message me directly if you need to cancel within 3 hours and 30 minutes of the start time so I can adjust your account. For workshops and events please check when booking for the specific policy for your event.
