Yoga classes designed specifically for you, at a time to suit you
Private yoga is an excellent option if you have specific needs or interests that would benefit from dedicated tuition and attention. Perhaps you are recovering from injury, or you’re new to yoga and wish to build a base before joining group classes or perhaps you would like to go deeper with some specific poses or elements of the practice.
Whatever your motivation, I will tailor a plan and each session specifically for you. We can work out the appropriate length of class, how often, the format and focus. Online sessions can be recorded for you to practice on your own between our sessions or I can record bespoke classes for you.
First two 1-2-1 60 minute online sessions are just £48 for the two.
If you would like to practice with a family member or a friend we can do that. If you are planning a special event I can run a private session for you and your guests.
As of August 2020 private sessions can be in person, online or a mix of both.
