
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

SLOW FLOW
A slower, more gentle Flow class. Great for those who like their flow a little less intense and beginners. Slowing it down allows for more time to focus on alignment detail.

MORNING FLOW
Morning Flow classes have a greater emphasis on mobility and freedom of movement. You'll spend longer mobilising your joints and stretching muscles to finish class feeling longer and looser.

VINYASA FLOW
A more dynamic, stronger Flow class which varies from week to week. Starting with Sun Salutations or variations, a standing sequence and seated poses before finishing with Savasana.

Sunday tends to offer more challenging options; it might be exploring more complex poses or building more heat in the body.

WIND DOWN
This is your lockdown stress reliever. Breakout the PJs and blankets and join for 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to help you switch off and get a good nights' sleep.
