Vinyasa Flow (Online)

Class Description

A rounded Vinyasa Flow class which always includes Sun Salutations or variations, a standing sequence and seated poses. Online classes can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the class start time. If you cancel within 30 minutes of the class start time the class will not be credited back to your pass or refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Face to face classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the class start time. Any cancellation after this time will be treated as a late cancellation and no refunds or credits will be offered. Online classes can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the class start time. Please message me directly if you need to cancel within 3 hours and 30 minutes of the start time so I can adjust your account. For workshops and events please check when booking for the specific policy for your event.
